Over on our Substack we've got a lot of creative workshop exercises, and we're adding to them every week. Here's a selection of some of our most popular ones, to give a flavour of what we do:
1 - Brainstorm Like a Boss: 5 Fun Thinking Challenges for Creative Kids (and Grown-Ups too)
Five creative thinking exercises to suit all learning types, to help develop your creative thinking skills and solve challenges more effectively.
2 - Creativity on the Fly.
Creativity doesn't start with 'finding the right answers'. It's about 'asking the best questions'. This workshop sets out to focus on just that - training the mind to be creative through creative thinking processes inspired by Edward de Bono's lateral thinking and whole process thinking strategies that can be applied to everyday life.
3 - Your Scars are Your Superpowers.
Ever suffered from imposter syndrome or has someone belittled you? This set of 5 exercises looks at how to overcome self doubt with five confidence-building strategies. Designed for every learning type, it also includes a bonus strategy which I personally find invaluable.
4 - Business as Unusual: 5 Creative Thinking Exercises to Refresh Your Business Brain.
Creative thinking is not just for kids, its for grown-ups too. Here it's specifically designed for business owners looking to use creative thinking to unlock tricky business problems.
5 - Five No-Prep Design Challenges to Spark Creative Thinking.
Schools are stretched with limited resources, tough targets to meet and now, additional pressure to introduce creativity into the classroom. We agree creativity is important, but it doesn't need to be another 'must do' for teachers and schools. We believe the best form of creativity is one that dove-tails in to the curriculum and works with existing resources and lesson programming, not just to add that creative element to teaching, but to bring a fresh wave of curiosity and enthusiasm to the subject area.
Structured for every learning type, and for schools with little prep time or resources, here's our 5 No-Prep Design Challenges to Spark Creative Thinking in the classroom.
This is just a few of the documents we've produced, and there's lots more creative design challenges over on our Substack. Take a look and subscribe for free to receive future issues of our super-fun creative design workshops, which can be tested in the classroom or at the kitchen table.
Thank you for reading, and let us know if there are any projects we can help you with.
Best wishes,
Phil
